Health and wellness is a combination of body mind and spirit. Daily activities and a balance diet goes a long way in helping to create and maintain a balance between body, mind and spirit.
Things you can do around the neighborhood without places to go:
- Play with your kids, don't just watch them play
- Switch things around - if there is something you can do later in the evening or at night do that and use the daytime for outside activities
- Use your neighborhood park walking trails for as late as they will be open (stay safe)
